Q: Do I get to pick what countries I want to advertise in?
A: Depending on the characteristics of the listing, our database will automatically post your listing on any of our complementary websites. Our advertising focuses is not limited as is paper circulation, and thus, your listing will be available for buyers to view in multiple countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and North & South America.
Q: Are you going to sell my information I give you?
A: No. We will never sell, share, or trade your personal information to any other company. Your level of exposure will be limited to the information that you voluntarily make available to buyers using our network.
Q: With such a low subscription price, how effective is your advertisement?
A: Internet advertising need not be expensive to be effective. Many Real Estate advertising websites have costs that are similar to those of paper advertisement. If you are paying that much for internet advertising—you are paying too much. We utilize direct marketing & keyword marketing to advertise your listings overseas. Q: How are the listings added to the Network?
A: Agents add listings directly from this site. You will find that adding information to our database is extremely user friendly. Using the management tools section, users can Add/Remove/Edit properties, Upload Logos, Photos, and Biographical Information.
Q: What if I am not computer literate? Can you post my listings?

Q: How long will it take for my advertisements to post?
A: Your listings are available for buyers to view once the upload process is completed. Typically, listings are available immediately after all of the information has been added to the database.
Q: Do you have any buyer tracking program or referral network?
A: The marketing sites that will post your listings all have a Buyer registration option. Buyers can track a listing and contact the agent directly from the website. Buyers join our network and receive information and periodic newsletters. For an additional charge, agents can register to the ListOverseas network as a Buyers Agent and receive leads generated from our website. Please contact our Sales Department to learn more.
Q: How do prospective buyers contact an agent?
A: Buyers can contact agents right from our website. A Buyer interested in your listing will complete a prospect form. That form is immediately emailed directly to you (with no 3rd party interaction).
Q: Are you involved with the selling/buying of any properties listed?
A: ListOverseas.com is not a Real Estate Services company, nor are its employees Licensed Real Estate Agents or Brokers. Our firm is strictly involved with marketing properties for Realtors. Our expertise is in international advertising, and as such, we will provide you the most cost effective and efficient advertising possible.
Q: Do you have any other advertisement opportunities?

Q: May I send a check instead of using a Credit Card or PayPal?
A: We encourage our visitors to process payments through our website, because your account will be available immediately upon successful payment. If you wish to send a check, however, you can mail your payment to P.O. Box 1377 Titusville, Florida 32781.
